REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungatautari 5A No. 1H will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Morrinsville, on Monday, the 29th day of April, 1912, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land be sold to Daniel Long for the sum of £2 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungatautari 5A No. 1G will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Morrinsville, on Monday, the 29th day of April, 1912, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land be sold to Daniel Long for the sum of £2 per acre.”

“That the said land be sold to Charles Schmitt for the sum of £1 per acre.”

“That the said land be sold to Joseph Houston for the sum of £2 5s. per acre.”

“That the land be leased to Cyril Arthur Hughes for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 1s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 2s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.”
