Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the
Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto
Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting
of the owners of Mangaika Native Reserve will be held,
in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act,
1909, at Te Kuiti, on Friday, the 26th day of April,
1912, at 9.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of consider-
ing the following proposed resolution :-

"That the said land be sold to Edward Charles Fal-
wasser for the sum of £1 per acre."

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto
Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting
of the owners of Maungatautari 3a, Section 5A No. 7, will
be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land
Act, 1909, at Kihikihi, on Friday, the 26th day of April,
1912, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of
considering the following proposed resolution :-

"That the said land be sold to Annie Morris and Frank
Moginie for the sum of £1 10s. per acre."

Act, 1909, at Kihikihi, on Friday, the 26th day of April,
1912, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of con-
sidering the following proposed resolution :-

"That the land be sold to P. B. Morris for the sum of
£1 10s. per acre."

"That the said land be sold to Leslie Gardner for the
sum of £1 10s. per acre."
