Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the
Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto
Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting
of the owners of Puahue No. 2, Section 7c, will be held,
in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909,
at Ngaruawahia, on Monday, the 29th day of April, 1912,
at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of con-
sidering the following proposed alternative resolutions :—
“ (a.) That the land be leased to Arthur James Smith
for a term of fifty years, at an annual rental of 2s. per
acre during the first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. on
the then unimproved value during the remaining twenty-
one years.
“ (b.) That the land be sold to Arthur James Smith for
the sum of £2 per acre.”

Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto
Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting
of the owners of Kinohaku East No. 5e will be held, in
pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909,
at Otorohanga, on Thursday, the 25th day of April, 1912,
at 10 o’clock in the forenoon for the purpose of considering
the following proposed alternative resolutions :—
“ (a.) That the land be leased to George McKay for a
term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 4s. 9d. per
acre during the first twenty-one years, and 6s. 9d. per
acre during the next twenty-one years, for the front por-
tion of the block containing 63 acres; and 3s. per acre
during the first twenty-one years and 5s. per acre during
the remaining twenty-one years for the balance of the
block.
“ (b.) That the land be leased to V. S. Hattaway on
similar terms.
“ (c.) That the land be leased to Ratima Pekamu on
similar terms.”

of the owners of Rangitoto A No. 43b will be held, in
pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909,
at Otorohanga, on Thursday, the 25th day of April, 1912,
at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of consider-
ing the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the land be leased to Athol Graham Brisell
Price for forty-two years, at an annual rental of 1s. 6d.
per acre during the first eleven years, 2s. per acre during
the next ten years, and 4s. per acre during the remaining
twenty-one years.”

at Otorohanga, on Thursday, the 25th day of April, 1912,
at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of consider-
ing the following proposed resolution :—
“ (a.) That the land be sold to F. Vercoe for the sum
of £1 10s. per acre.
“ (b.) That the land be leased to F. Vercoe for forty-
two years, at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre for the
first twenty-one years, and 3s. per acre during the next
twenty-one years.”
