11/16 of a penny in the pound sterling upon the rateable value of all rateable property within the Town District of St. Aubyn; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of February and the 1st day of August in each year during the currency of such loan, being for a period of thirty-six years and a half, or until the loan is fully paid off.

We hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the St. Aubyn Town Board held at New Plymouth on the 20th day of March, 1912.

Resolution made by the Mount Roskill Road Board.

THE following resolution, made by the Mount Roskill Road Board, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and its amendment.

MOUNT ROSKILL ROAD BOARD.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by section 4 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Amendment Act, 1910, the Mount Roskill Road Board hereby resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the instalments in respect of principal and interest and also the other charges on a loan of £1,500, authorized to be raised by the Mount Roskill Road Board, under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and its amendments, for the purpose of carrying out the works referred to in the Waikowhai Park Act, 1911, and the Schedule thereto—that is to say, forming and metalling Arkells Road and the whole of Ridge Road along the northern boundary of the trust property referred to in clause 3 of the said Schedule, forming and metalling that part of Waikowhai Road referred to in clause 4 of the said Schedule, and fencing Waikowhai Park—the said Mount Roskill Road Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of 1/16 of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Mount Roskill Road District; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of July and the 1st day of January in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six years and a half, or until the loan is fully paid off.

I certify that the foregoing is a true copy of a resolution passed at a meeting of the Mount Roskill Road Board held on the 19th day of March, 1912.

MANGOREI ROAD BOARD.

Resolution, levying Special Rate, made on the 2nd Day of January, 1912.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, the Mangorei Road Board hereby resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £200, authorized to be raised by the Mangorei Road Board, under the above-mentioned Act, for metalling parts of the upper end of the Mangorei Road, the said Mangorei Road Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of ¼d. in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of that portion of the Mangorei Road District to the south of the northern boundaries of Sections 809, Block II, and 122, Block II, being Sections part 134, Block V, 124, Block II, 125, Block V, 128,

Block V, 809, Block II, 122, Block II, part 123, Block II, part 123, Block II, part 131, Block V, 135, Block V, 130, Block V, part 134, Block V, part 127, Block II, part 127, Block II, 126, Block II, special-rating area, Egmont Survey District; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of February in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being for a period of thirty-six years and a half, or until the loan is fully paid off.
