Section 13 and Sections 14, 15, G.R., 16, 17, 18, Block VI, Aohanga Survey District, and Sections 1, 5, 6, 11, and 12, Block X, Aohanga Survey District, to the south-eastern corner of the said Section 12, being a distance of five miles and a half, more or less; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 31420, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of the Piper Road in the Pahiatua County to be a County Road.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this nineteenth day of March, 1912.

PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Pahiatua County, known as Piper Road, commencing at the northern bank of the Tiraumea River on the southern boundary of Reserve 23, Block V, Makuri Survey District, and proceeding in an easterly and south-easterly direction generally through the said Reserve 23; thence along the northern boundary of Sections 1, 6, 7, 8, 75, and 73, Block V, Makuri Survey District; thence along the boundary between Blocks IX and X, Makuri Survey District; thence along the northern boundary of Section 41 and part Section 40, Block XIII, Makuri Survey District; and thence through the Township of Makuri to its junction with Upper Makuri Road in the said township, being a distance of seven miles and a half, more or less: as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 31419, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Hangaroa-Tahora Road (Steele’s), in the Cook County, to be a County Road.

ALL that portion of road in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Cook County, known as the Hangaroa-Tahora (Steele’s) Road, commencing at its intersection with the southern boundary of Okahuatin No. 2c No. 2 Block, being the boundary of the Te Aroha Road District, situated in Block IV, Hangaroa Survey District, and extending in a western direction generally through Section 2, Block IV, Hangaroa Survey District, to the crossing of the Waikura Stream near its junction with the Hangaroa River, through the said Section 2, Block IV, Hangaroa Survey District, to the extreme south-eastern boundary of Section 1, Block III, Hangaroa Survey District, being a distance of 3 miles 55 chains, more or less; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 31344, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto, known as the Mangapoke Valley Road (East End), shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.
SCHEDULE.
MANGAPOIKE VALLEY ROAD (EAST END).
ALL that portion of road in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Cook County, known as the Mangapoke Valley Road (East End), commencing at a point about 22 chains north-east of the south-west boundary of Maraetaha No. 2A, Section 3, situated in Block I, Nuhaka North Survey District, and extending in a southerly direction generally to the said boundary; thence in a south-westerly direction forming the north-western boundary of Small Grazing-run 76A; thence in a south-westerly direction through Small Grazing-run 75A, Block V, Nuhaka North Survey District; thence in a westerly direction generally through Mangapoke B Block, Block I, Nuhaka North Survey District, for a distance of about 30 chains, being a total distance of 1 mile 25 chains, more or less: as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 31344, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red and marked A B.

Directing that the Valuation Rolls for certain Special Districts shall be revised as at the 31st Day of March, 1912, under the Valuation of Land Act, 1908.
