hundred and eleven, and is published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-third day of that month, it is declared that, as on and from the first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, the area described in the Schedule to the said Order in Council, being a portion of the Town District of Fitzroy, shall be included in the Borough of New Plymouth :
And whereas by paragraph (c) of section twenty-two of the said Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1911, it is enacted that the portion of the said Town District of Fitzroy that is not added to the said Borough of New Plymouth is thereby merged in the County of Taranaki, and shall form part of such riding of that county as the Governor by Order in Council directs:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the said Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1911, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct and declare that the area described in the First Schedule hereto, being the portion of the Town District of Fitzroy that has not been added to the Borough of New Plymouth, shall form part of the Moa Riding of the County of Taranaki, and that the boundaries of the said riding shall be those described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
All that area in the Taranaki Land District bounded towards the north-west by the south-eastern boundary of Fitzroy district, being the south-eastern boundaries of Native Reserve No. 22 and Sections Nos. 87 and 88, from the Henui Stream to the Waiwakaiho Stream; thence towards the east generally by the Waiwakaiho Stream to Allotment No. 46, Puketotara Native Reserve; thence towards the south-east generally by the said Allotment No. 46 to a point on the eastern side of Mangorei Road in line with the northern boundary-line of Allotment No. 43 ; thence by a right line across the said road, and by the said Allotment No. 43 to its westernmost corner ; thence towards the west generally by Allotments Nos. 41, 40, 36, 23, 32, 29, 24, 21, 11, 4, 3, and 1 of the said Puketotara Native Reserve to the Henui Stream ; and thence by that stream to the place of commencement.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
All that area in the Taranaki Land District bounded towards the north-west generally by the Borough of New Plymouth as extended by a Proclamation published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 97, of the 23rd November, 1911, page 3508, from a point in line with the south-western boundary of Section No. 35 (Fitzroy), Parittu Survey District, to the Waiwakaiho Stream ; thence towards the east generally by that stream to Allotment No. 46, Puketotara Native Reserve; thence towards the south-east generally by the said Allotment No. 46 to a point on the eastern side of Mangorei Road in line with the northern boundary-line of Allotment No. 43; thence by a right line across the said road, and by the said Allotment No. 43 to its westernmost corner; thence towards the west generally by Allotments Nos. 41, 40, 36, 23, 32, 29, 24, 21, 11, 4, 3, and 1 of the said Puketotara Native Reserve to the Henui Stream; thence by that stream to the south-western boundary of the said Puketotara Native Reserve; thence towards the north-east and north-west by that reserve to the Waiwakaiho Stream; thence again towards the north-east generally by the Waiwakaiho Stream to a point opposite the southernmost corner of Section No. 48 (Hua and Waiwakaiho Hundred), Paritutu Survey District; thence across the said Waiwakaiho Stream, and towards the north-west generally by the last-mentioned section and Section No. 44 to Egmont Road; thence across that road and by Section No. 45 to the Mangaoraka Stream; thence across that stream and by Sections Nos. 32 and 41 (Tarurutangi), Paritutu Survey District, to King Road; thence across and by that road to the south-western corner of Section No. 80; thence by that section to Hursthouse Road, across that road to the south-western corner of Section No. 55 (Tarurutangi), Paritutu Survey District; thence by that section and Section No. 203 (Huirangi), Paritutu Survey District, across the Waiongona Stream by Sections Nos. 127 and 115 (Huirangi), Paritutu Survey District, and Sections Nos. 116, 206, 207, 113, 134, 148, 208, 209, 211, 210, and 166 (Huirangi), Waitara Survey District, to the Mangapotoa Stream; thence by that stream and Section No. 169 to Everett Road; thence by that road to Section No. 183; thence by the last-mentioned section, across Everett Road, and by Section No. 182 (Huirangi), Waitara Survey District, to the Manganui Stream; thence across and by that stream to its confluence with the Waitara River; thence again towards the north-east by the Waitara River to the Makino Stream; thence towards the west and south generally by Stratford County to the summit of Mount Egmont; thence towards the west generally by a right line to the intersection of the line known as the "Paritutu Line" with another line known as the "Okurukuru Line"; thence by the latter line to the Henui Stream; thence by that stream to the south-western corner of Section No. 76 (Grey), Paritutu Survey District; thence by the south-western boundary-line of that section and the south-western boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 63, 49, and 35 (Fitzroy), Paritutu Survey District, and the production of the south-western boundary-line of the last-mentioned section to the south-eastern boundary of the Borough of New Plymouth, the place of commencement: excluding the Borough of Inglewood.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fifteenth section of the Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint representatives of contributory districts to Hospital and Charitable Aid Boards as follows:β

Changing the Purpose of Portion of a Reserve in the Town of Hawera, Taranaki Land District.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
WHEREAS the provisions and requirements of the seventh section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, have been duly complied with in respect of the land described in Part II of the Schedule hereto : And whereas notices in the Gazette have been duly published for four consecutive weeks, and laid before Parliament, as provided by the said section of the said Act: And whereas no resolution of either House of Parliament has been passed that such House does not concur in the intention declared in any such notice:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Act aforesaid, do hereby change the specific purpose of the portion of the reserve described in Part II of the Schedule hereto from that named in Part I to that named in Part III of the said Schedule.

PART I.
Description and Purpose of Original Reserve.
All that area in the Town of Hawera, Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres and 4 perches, more or less, being the southern half of Section 19 on the record plan of the survey of the Hawera Sections.
Set apart as a site for telegraph-station or other purposes of the General Government by notification in New Zealand Gazette No. 24, of the 26th April, 1871, page 182.
