And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
CHARLES AMBROSE WOOLFORD,
EDWARD ARTHUR COLLINS,
FREDERICK SAMUEL WATSON,
ROBERT CHARLES WATSON,
WILLIAM LEONARD MORRIS, and
FREDERICK JOHN COFFIN
to be the Pukehu Domain Board having the control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the twenty-ninth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, at seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and Te Kiri Hall, Te Kiri, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres, more or less, being Sections Nos. 1, 2, 5, 6, and 41, Block XI, Pukehu Village, Opunake Survey District, and bounded on the north by Moa Street, 801’3 links; on the east by Sections Nos. 3, 4, 7, and 8, Pukehu Village, 874 links; on the south by the Eltham Road, 801’3 links; and on the west by Section No. 47, 874 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1234, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of December, 1911.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke a certain Order in Council, dated the twenty-sixth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven, delegating powers to the New Brighton Borough Council, in respect of the Rawhiti Domain, and doth hereby appoint
THE NEW BRIGHTON BOROUGH COUNCIL
to be the Rawhiti Domain Board, having, subject to the said Act, control of the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land is a public domain, and shall be called the Rawhiti Domain; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the twenty-second day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, at half past nine o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the New Brighton Borough Council Chambers, New Brighton, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
RAWHITI DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 151 acres 1 rood 24’7 perches, more or less, situate in Blocks VIII and XII, Christchurch Survey District, and Block I, Sumner Survey District, being parts of Reserves 1616 and 1579, and bounded as follows: Towards the north by Rural Section 16013, towards the east by a road reserve along high-water mark, towards the south and east by Rural Section 15835, again towards the south by Rural Section 16238, towards the south-west by a public road, and towards the west by Rural Section 34174 and a public road; save and except the wireless-telegraph station site, containing 4 acres 2 roods 13’3 perches; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1443, deposited at the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this fourth day of January, 1912.

THE HONOURABLE SIR JAMES CARROLL, K.C.M.G.,
PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain :
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twenty-seventh day of February, one thousand eight hundred and ninety, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the sixth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and ninety, certain powers were delegated to the Dunrobin Domain Board, no period being specified :
And whereas by section fifty-four of the said Act the period for which the said Board held office expired on the twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eleven :
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
DUNCAN McLENNAN,
WILLIAM McKENZIE, and
ALBERT FRANCIS JAMES HEATH
to be the Dunrobin Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twenty-seventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Dunrobin Schoolhouse, Dunrobin, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

DUNROBIN DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 12 acres, more or less, being Section 31, Block VIII, Crookston Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a public road, 960’5 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 1800 links; towards the south-west by a public road, 697’5 links; and towards the west by Sections 32 and 33 of aforesaid block, 1316’3 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1384, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

WHEREAS the land described in Part I of the Schedule hereto was heretofore duly set apart for municipal purposes, being a reserve within Class I of the Second Schedule to the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”) :
And whereas by section four of the said Act the Governor is authorized, inter alia, to exchange any such reserve for other land of equal value, to be dedicated to the same or one or more of the purposes comprised in the said Class I, and to define the purpose to which such reserve or such land acquired in exchange shall be dedicated : And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to exchange the said municipal reserve for other land of equal value, described in Part II of the Schedule hereto, to be dedicated as hereinafter provided :
