Consenting to closing Road in Block II, Puniu Survey District, Waipa County.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of December, 1911.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE SIR J. G. WARD, BART.,
PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section one hundred and thirty-three (a) of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that a local authority shall not declare any county road or district road to be stopped until the consent thereto of the Governor by Order in Council gazetted is obtained:
And whereas the Waipa County Council has applied for such consent in respect to the road described in the Schedule hereto:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and in exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Waipa County Council closing the road described in the Schedule hereto.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the second day of May, one thousand nine hundred and eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the fourteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and eight, regulations were made under the authority of the Acts therein recited, for the purposes of the classification and regulation of the Post and Telegraph Department of the Civil Service, and it is expedient to amend such regulations in the manner hereinafter set forth:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the authority vested in him by the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, and its amendments, and of all other authorities in that behalf enabling him, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the regulation numbered forty-eight in the Schedule to the aforementioned Order in Council, and in lieu thereof doth hereby make the regulation set forth in the Schedule hereto; and doth declare that such regulation
