Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ouruwhero 3Y No. 2c will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kihikihi, on Wednesday, the 31st day of January, 1912, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the land be leased to Charles Phillips for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 3s. per acre during the remainder of the term.”

“ That the land be sold to Herbert Pringle for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

“ That the land be leased to Ernest Ewings for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 1s. 3d. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 2s. 6d. per acre during the remainder of the term.”

“ That the land be leased to Jessie Maud Matthews for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 3s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 7s. per acre during the remainder of the term.”

“ That the land be sold to Percy Ellis, of Puketarata, for the sum of £2 per acre.”

“ (a.) That the land be leased to Herbert Pringle for forty-two years at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 3s. per acre during the remainder of the term.

“ (b.) That the land be sold to Herbert Pringle for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

“ That the land be sold to Henry Froude, of Auckland, for the sum of £2 per acre.”
