REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kopuarahi Section 3B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames, on Wednesday, the 31st day of January, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the land be sold to Harold J. Goldsmith, of Auckland, for the sum of £2 per acre.”

“ That the land be sold to Harold J. Goldsmith, of Auckland, for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungakawa Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Morrinsville, on Tuesday, the 30th day of January, 1912, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the land be sold to J. C. Potts for the sum of £1,150.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otorohanga 4B No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga, on Monday, the 29th day of January, 1912, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ (a.) That part of the said land on the west of the Turitea Stream be leased to P. D. Hargreaves for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 3s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.
“ (b.) That part of the said land on the east of the Turitea Stream be leased to Frederick Pilbrou for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 3s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.”

“ That the land be leased to William Goodison for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 2s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 4s. during the remainder of the term.”

“ That portion of the block containing 300 acres be leased to Harold J. Goldsmith for a term of twenty-one years, at an annual rental of 3s. per acre.”
