THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto
Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting
of the owners of Kinohaku East 3D No. 8A No. 6 (part)
will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native
Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti, on Tuesday, the 31st day
of October, 1911, at 4.15 o'clock in the afternoon, for the
purpose of considering the following proposed resolu-
tion :—

" That the said land be sold to Henry Andrew Ellison,
of Te Kuiti, for the sum of £2 10s. per acre."

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto
Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting
of the owners of Kinohaku East 3D Section 3 will be held,
in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act,
1909, at Te Kuiti, on Tuesday, the 31st day of October,
1911, at 4.15 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of
considering the following proposed resolutions :—

" (1.) That one moiety of the said block be leased to
Henry Andrew Ellison, of Te Kuiti, for a term of fifty
years, at an annual rental of 3s. per acre for the first
twenty-five years and 6s. per acre during the remaining
twenty-five years."

" (2.) That the other moiety of the said block be leased
to John Frederick Vercoe, of Te Kuiti, for a term of fifty
years, at an annual rental of 3s. per acre for the first
twenty-five years and 6s. per acre during the remaining

1911, at 11.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of
considering the following proposed alternative resolu-
tions :—

" (a.) That the land be leased to Herbert Clive Moramy
Cornwall for a term of forty-two years, at an annual
rental of 2s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-one years
and 5s. during the remaining twenty-one years.

" (b.) That the land be sold to Herbert Clive Moramy
