Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Runanga No. 1b will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taupo, on Thursday, the 2nd day of November, 1911, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-
“That a proposed sale of the said land, or part thereof, to the Crown shall be agreed to.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tarakiwhati No. 2b will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Shortland, Thames, on Thursday, the 2nd day of November, 1911, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed alternative resolutions :-
“(a.) That the said land be leased to Thomas Alexander Cooper, of Mataoke, for five years, at a rental of 5 per cent. of capital value for the first twenty-five years, and 5 per cent. on the then unimproved value for the balance of the term.
“(b.) That the said land be sold to Thomas Alexander Cooper, of Mataoke, at the Government valuation.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pouarua Pipiroa No. 3z, Sections 1 and 2, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames, on Thursday, the 2nd day of November, 1911, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-
“That the said land be sold to Herbert Robin Cooke and Frederick William Manning, jun., for the sum of £8 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Amo-o-terangi No. 4c will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Shortland, Thames, on Thursday, the 2nd day of November, 1911, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed alternative resolutions :-
“That the said land be sold to Ernest Deeble for the sum of £8 per acre.
“That the said land be leased to Thomas Edward Tasker for the sum of £20 per annum.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Okania Nos. 4c and 3b will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Shortland, Thames, on Thursday, the 2nd day of November, 1911, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-
“That the said land be sold to J. W. A. Bertram, of Auckland, for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 21b No. 2b will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti, on Tuesday, the 31st day of October, 1911, at 4.15 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed alternative resolutions :-
“(1.) That the said land be leased to William Irvine for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 1s. 3d. per acre during the first ten years, 1s. 6d. per acre during the next eleven years, and 3s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.
“(2.) That the said land be leased to Cyril Jordan for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 1s. 3d. per acre during the first ten years, 1s. 6d. per acre during the next eleven years, and 3s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 21b, Section 3, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti, on Tuesday, the 31st day of October, 1911, at 4.15 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-
“That the said land be leased to Arthur Byrt Jordan, of Te Kuiti, for a term of fifty years, at an annual rental of 1s. per acre during the first twenty-five years and 2s. per acre during the remaining twenty-five years.”
