Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whakatakataka will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Morrinsville, on Tuesday, the 31st day of October, 1911, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the said land be sold to Annie Endean, John Roche, and Margaret Eddowes for the sum of £2 15s. per acre.”

Dated at Auckland, this 7th day of October, 1911.

“ That the said land be sold to Annie Endean, John Roche, and Margaret Eddowes for the sum of £2 15s. per acre.”

“ That the said land be sold to Lionel Le Grand Jacob, of Mokau, for the sum of £1 4s. per acre.”

NOTICE is hereby given that GEORGE WILLIAM LAW, formerly of Waihi, Cordial-manufacturer, but now of Auckland, out of business, was this day adjudged bankrupt; and I hereby summon a meeting of creditors, to be helden at this office, on Wednesday, the 11th day of October, 1911, at 11 a.m.
