Land withdrawn from Pukeroa Village Settlement,
Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the fifth section of the Land Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation of the eleventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and eight, in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto; and do declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the said land shall be and is hereby withdrawn from Pukeroa Village Settlement.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 10, Pukeroa Village Settlement. Area, 10 acres 1 rood 19 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this ninth day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

Declaring that Part of an Education Reserve in Southland Land District shall be sold.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the three-hundred-and-thirtieth section of the Land Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby proclaim and declare that the said land, which has been reserved for educational purposes, shall be sold, subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1908.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.
PART Section 67, Block I, Waikaia Survey District, Waikaia Educational Endowment, containing 2 acres.

Resuming Land for Scenic Purposes in the Southland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section one hundred and forty-four of the Land Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is, inter alia, enacted that the Governor in Council may, by Proclamation, resume possession of any land leased under Part VI of the said Act, or under any corresponding Part of the Land Act, 1892, which in his opinion is required for any public purpose:
And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto forms part of land which is held under pastoral license under Part VI of the Land Act, 1892, dated the twenty-eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and one:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required for a public purpose—that is to say, for scenic purposes:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Land Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby proclaim and declare that I hereby resume possession of the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto for the public purpose hereinbefore mentioned, the same being part of the land held under pastoral license as aforesaid.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, estimated to contain 160 acres, situated in Block IV, Manapouri Survey District, being portion of Pastoral Run No. 441. Bounded towards the north by Crown land, 300 links or thereabouts; towards the east and south generally by the Waiau River; towards the west by Forest Burn, 300 links or thereabouts; and again towards the north and west generally by other portion of Pastoral Run No. 441: as the same is delineated and marked A–B on the plan numbered L. 432/7, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Defining the Middle-line of a Further Portion of the Huntly–Awaroa Branch of the Kaipara–Waikato Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the Huntly–Awaroa Branch of the Kaipara–Waikato Railway (hereinafter termed “the said railway”) is a railway the construction of which is authorized by the Railways Authorization Act, 1910: And whereas it has been determined to construct and maintain a further portion of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by section one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and in exercise of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of the further portion of said railway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point in Section 47, Block XV, Rangiriri Survey District, the said point being about 37 chains due south of the northern boundary and about 84 chains due west of the eastern boundary of Block XV, Rangiriri Survey District, which point is marked 1 mile, and is the terminating-point of the railway described in a Proclamation dated the 27th day of February, 1911, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 16, of 2nd March,
