The first claimant who proves to the satisfaction of the Government that he has fulfilled all the conditions under any of the headings (a), (b), (c), or (d) shall be the recipient of the bonus payable under that heading. The oil must in each case be produced from the well or wells of one proprietary only.

All conditions as to quantity, quality, priority, and value to be fulfilled to the satisfaction of an officer appointed for the purpose by the Government.

This offer cancels the offer dated the 1st June, 1909, and appearing in the New Zealand Gazette.

Declaration for Ad Valorem Goods.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power conferred on me by the Customs Law Act, 1908, I, Roderick McKenzie, Minister of Customs, do hereby direct that every entry for ad valorem goods, the true and real value of which is determined in accordance with sections 61 and 63 of the Customs Law Act, 1908, shall have indorsed thereon or shall be accompanied by a declaration in the form prescribed in the Schedule hereto, such declaration to be signed by the person making the same in the presence of one of the persons undermentioned—that is to say, a Collector of Customs, a proper Officer of Customs acting for such Collector, a Postmaster, or a Customhouse Agent.
Given under my hand, at Wellington, this thirtieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

SCHEDULE.
I, [Name in full], [Manager, duly authorized agent, &c.], of [Name of firm, place of business, and occupation], (hereinafter referred to as “my firm”), do hereby declare that I am [or my firm are] the importer of the undermentioned goods, chargeable with ad valorem duty by the ship [Name of ship], from [Name of place whence goods imported]—viz., [Marks, number, and description of packages and of the goods; or, if the declaration be indorsed on the entry for the goods, say “as described in the within entry”], and that the amount paid or to be paid for the said goods, as defined by section 61 of the Customs Law Act, 1908, is [Total value in sterling, in words at length].
I do also declare that the [Number of invoices, in words at length] invoice, marked with [Signature, initial, or stamp], and numbered [Sequent numbers allotted, in figures thus, 1/3], now produced, is [or are] the genuine and original invoice from the person from whom the said goods were purchased by the said importer, and that the said invoice contain a true statement of the description and quantity of, and of the prices charged for, and of the total amount paid or to be paid in respect of the said goods by the said importer.
And I do further declare that no invoice, letter, statement, or other document, nor any intimation relating to the said goods, indicating any addition to the said prices or total amount, or showing description or quantities differing from those in the said invoice, has been received by my firm or [“By my firm or” to be struck out if inapplicable] by myself, or, so far as I know, by any person in New Zealand.
