Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waima South D 1 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene, on Wednesday, the 18th day of October, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the kahikatea and rimu on the above block be sold to the Union Box and Packing-case Company (Limited) at a royalty of 6d. per 100 superficial feet, with a right to remove the timber within a term of seven years.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Motatau No. 1 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kawakawa, on Thursday, the 12th day of October, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the kahikatea and rimu timber standing on the said block be sold to the Kauri Timber Company (Limited) for the sum of £400.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Makirikiri No. 1 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Courthouse, Masterton, on Friday, the 6th day of October, 1911, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of determining the person or persons to whom the said land, which is subject to Part XVI of the Native Land Act, 1909, shall be leased.
