Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Makirikiri No. 9 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Court-house, Masterton, on Friday, the 6th day of October, 1911, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of determining the person or persons to whom the said land, which is subject to Part XVI of the Native Land Act, 1909, shall be leased.

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kohurau No. 2b Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Court-house, Hastings, on Wednesday, the 11th day of October, 1911, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said land be vested in the Ikaroa District Maori Land Board for sale under Part XIV of the Native Land Act, 1909.”

“That the said land be vested in the Ikaroa District Maori Land Board for sale under Part XIV of the Native Land Act, 1909.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Porangahau 1A No. 3b, Section 2, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Courthouse, Hastings, on Wednesday, the 11th day of October, 1911, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land at the Government valuation shall be accepted.”
