Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waima North A No. 22 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene, on Wednesday, the 18th day of October, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the right be granted to Easson (Limited) to fell and remove the timber from the said land during a period of ten years, on payment of a royalty of 4d. per 100 superficial feet.”

Dated at Auckland, this 12th day of September, 1911.

REGULATION NO. 48.
