SCHEDULE.
AREA PROPOSED TO BE INCLUDED IN THE BOROUGH OF
ST. KILDA.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District bounded towards
the north-west by Bowen Street from the eastern boundary
of the Borough of St. Kilda to the south-western boundary
of Bay Town District; thence towards the north-east by
Bay Town District to a point opposite the easternmost
corner of Section No. 56, Block V, Township of Tainui;
thence towards the south by a right line across a road to
the easternmost corner of the said Section No. 56; thence
by Tahuna Road to the eastern boundary of the Borough
of St. Kilda; and thence towards the north-west by the
Borough of St. Kilda to the place of commencement.

THE following resolution, made by the Hungahunga
Drainage Board, is published in accordance with the
provisions of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and its
amendment.

HUNGAHUNGA DRAINAGE BOARD.
Resolution making Special Rate.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and the
Local Bodies’ Loans Amendment Act, 1910, the Hunga-
hunga Drainage Board hereby resolves as follows: That,
for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges
on a loan of £400, authorized to be raised by the Hunga-
hunga Drainage Board, under the above-mentioned Act,
being an amount equal to 10 per cent. on the original sum
of £4,000 raised by the said Board for the purpose of the
further construction of drainage-works for the drainage
of the Hungahunga Drainage District, such original sum
having been found insufficient to complete the said works,
the said Hungahunga Drainage Board hereby makes and
levies a special rate of 4d. in the pound on the rateable
value of all rateable property in the Hungahunga Drainage
District, comprising all the land within the gazetted ex-
tended boundaries thereof as set forth and contained in
the New Zealand Gazette No. 19, page 844, 12th March,
1908; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recur-
ring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable
half-yearly on the 1st day of September and the 1st day
of March in each and every year during the currency of
such loan, being a period of forty-one years, or until the
loan is fully paid off.

I, J. A. Clothier, Chairman of the Hungahunga Drain-
age Board, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly proposed, seconded, and carried at a meeting of
the Hungahunga Drainage Board held on Saturday, the
2nd day of September, 1911.

Matamata.

THE following resolution, made by the Matamata
County Council, is published in accordance with the
provisions of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and
its amendment.

MATAMATA COUNTY COUNCIL.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, the
Matamata County Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of £150, authorized to be raised by the
Matamata County Council, under the above-mentioned
Act, for completing the construction of a piece of road
known as the Tirau-Okoroire Road, the said Matamata
County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of
1/200 of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of
all the rateable property in the special-rating area known
as Patetere Riding, within the Matamata County; and that
such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate, and
be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and
every year during the currency of such loan, being a
period of thirty-six years and a half, or until the loan is
fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the above resolution levying a
special rate was made in accordance with section 4 of the
Local Bodies’ Loans Amendment Act, 1910.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, the Hutt
County Council hereby resolves as follows: That, for the
purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a
loan of £300, authorized to be raised by the Hutt County
Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose
of continuing the construction of the Wainuiomata Lower
Valley Road (Orongorongo) to the sea, the said Hutt
County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of
13/256 of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value
of all rateable property of the No. 7 Special-rating District,
