between Inglewood and New Plymouth; the Waiongona Bridge on the Hursthouse Road, north of Inglewood; and the Mangotea Bridge on the Tariki Road, south of Inglewood.

And I do hereby further direct that any contribution required to be made as aforesaid by the Council of the Borough of Inglewood shall be paid from time to time, when due, in the proportion hereinbefore prescribed, out of the funds of the said borough, within a period of one month after demand in writing made by or on behalf of the Taranaki County Council; and all such payments for and on behalf of the Borough of Inglewood shall be made from time to time to the Clerk of the Taranaki County Council.


SCHEDULE.

Those bridges in the Taranaki County, Taranaki Land District, over the respective rivers on the Mountain Road between Inglewood and Tariki, and called the Ngatoro, Ngatoro-iti, Maketawa, and Waitepuke Bridges, together with the approaches thereto and protective-works; as the said bridges are more particularly delineated on the plans marked P.W.D. 30045, 30046, 30047, and 30048, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twelfth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by section sixty-six of the Customs Law Act, 1908, and by all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke Governor’s Order numbered one hundred and eighty-four, dated the eighteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette dated the twentieth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and eight, imposing a duty of twenty per centum ad valorem on all cotton, linen, and union piece-goods imported into New Zealand having thereon patterns, woven devices, or other designs which indicate that they are to be cut up into separate articles or are to be manufactured into separate articles.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twelfth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and eleven.
