Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene, on Wednesday, the 18th day of October, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the said land be sold to Andrew Archibald Seaton, of Waimamaku, for the sum of £220 10s.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Awaroa No. 1A No. 28 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Opononi, on Tuesday, the 17th day of October, 1911, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions :—
“ 1. That the said land be sold to Randal C. Yarborough for a sum equal to the present Government valuation of the land.
“ 2. That the said land be sold to Charles Frederick Chipman Miller, of Kawakawa, solicitor, for the sum of £1,325.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pahekeheke will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe, on Saturday, the 14th day of October, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the said land be sold to Frank Arthur Price, of Auckland, farmer, for the sum of 7s. 6d. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mataraua will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe, on Saturday, the 14th day of October, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the owners thereof be incorporated in accordance with the provisions of Part XVII of the Native Land Act, 1909.”

“ That the timber on the said land be sold to Charles Nisbet for the sum of £150.”

“ That the said land be sold to James Moir, of Auckland, medical practitioner, for the sum of £100; or, in the alternative
“ That the said land be leased to James Moir for a term of twenty-one years.”
