Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Okoheriki No. 2c No. 4 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua, on Friday, the 22nd day of September, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—

“(1.) That a proposed lease, or, in the alternative, a proposed sale, of part of the said land to Duncan William Steele shall be agreed to.

“(2.) That a proposed grant of tramway and water-boring rights in and over part of the said land to Duncan William Steele shall be agreed to.’

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Paparoa No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Helensville, on Wednesday, the 20th day of September, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Edith Fenton, of Auckland, spinster, for a sum equal to the present Government valuation of the land.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Paparoa No. 2C will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Helensville, on Wednesday, the 20th day of September, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Edith Fenton, of Auckland, spinster, for a sum equal to the present Government valuation of the land.”

“That an offer made by the Crown for the purchase of the land shall be accepted.”
