THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otara No. 4B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otamatea, on Friday, the 22nd day of September, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-

“That the said land be sold to Te Reweti Paenganui for a sum equal to the present Government valuation of the land.”

“That the said land be sold to Charles Edwin Major and Laurence Hudson McAlpine for the sum of 5s. per acre.”

“That the said land be leased to William Alison, of Mangakahia, farmer, for a term of twenty-one years, with the right of renewal for a further term of twenty-one years.”

“That portion of the said land, containing 5 acres more or less, be sold to John Adams Edwards, of Waikaraka, settler, for the sum of £10 per acre.”
