eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and Henry James
Major’s Homestead, Braeburn, as the place where, the
first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
BRAEBURN DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by
admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, and being Section 1,
Block IV, Tutaki Survey District. Bounded towards the
northward and eastward by continuations of the roads
forming respectively the northern and eastern boundaries
of Section 2, Block VIII, of the before-mentioned survey
district, 636·9 links and 730·7 links respectively; and to-
wards the southward and westward by parts of Section 2
aforesaid, 634·9 links and 849·3 links respectively : be all
the aforesaid linkages more or less : as the same is de-
lineated on the plan marked L. 1477, deposited in the
Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and
thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Lumsden
Domain.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifth day
of September, 1911.
Present :
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves
and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the
said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time
to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such
persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a
Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act,
control of such domain :
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twenty-
eighth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and
ninety-eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette
of the tenth day of February, one thousand eight hundred
and ninety-eight, certain powers were delegated to the
Lumsden Domain Board, no period being specified :
And whereas by section fifty-four of the said Act the
period for which the said Board shall hold office will expire
on the twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand nine
hundred and eleven :
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a
Domain Board to control the domain :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers con-
ferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Do-
minion, doth hereby appoint
ANDREW SMALL,
GEORGE FREDERICK JOHNSON,
RICHARD MASON HEWITT,
ALEXANDER MCALISTER, and
MICHAEL MALEY,
as from the fifth day of September, one thousand nine
hundred and eleven, to be the Lumsden Domain Board,
having control of the land described in the Schedule
hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions
of Part II of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint
Tuesday, the third day of October, one thousand nine
hundred and eleven, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time
when, and the Public Hall, Lumsden, as the place where,
the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
LUMSDEN DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, con-
taining by admeasurement 19 acres 1 rood 4 perches,
more or less, situated in Block XXIII, Town of Lumsden,
being Sections 1 to 6 inclusive. Bounded towards the
north-east by Iona Street, 1543 links; towards the south-
east partly by Marion Street and partly by Section 7 in
the said block, 1720·6 links; towards the west generally
by Pomona Terrace, 1839·2 links; and towards the north-
west by Albion Street, 1287·6 links: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the
plan marked L. 1472, deposited in the Head Office, De-
partment of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered
pink.

Domain.

any local authority to be the Domain Board having, sub-
ject to the said Act, control of any public domain :
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the third
day of May, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven,
and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the sixth
day of May, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven,
certain powers were delegated to the Epsom Domain
Board, no period being specified :
And whereas by section fifty-four of the said Act the
period for which the said Board shall hold office will
expire on the twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand
nine hundred and eleven :
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a
Domain Board to control the domain :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers con-
ferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby appoint
THE EPSOM ROAD BOARD,
as from the fifth day of September, one thousand nine
hundred and eleven, to be the Epsom Domain Board,
having control of the lands described in the Schedule here-
to for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of
Part II of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Tues-
day, the twenty-sixth day of September, one thousand nine
hundred and eleven, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the
time when, and the Newmarket Public Hall as the place
where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
EPSOM DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing
by admeasurement 11 acres 2 roods 16 perches, more or
less, being Allotment 182 of Section 10, Suburbs of Auck-
land (Block I, Otahuhu Survey District). Bounded to-
wards the north-east by Allotment 46, Section 6, Suburbs
of Auckland, 1365 links; towards the south-east by Gillies
Avenue, 850 links; towards the south-west by Allot-
ment 181, Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, 1365 links;
and towards the north-west by School Road, 850 links:
be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is
delineated on the plan marked L. 1427, deposited in the
Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and
thereon edged red.
Also all that area in the Auckland Land District con-
taining by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods 36 perches, more
or less, being Allotment 180A of Section 10, Suburbs of
Auckland (Block I, Otahuhu Survey District). Bounded
towards the north-east by Windmill Road and Allot-
ment 69A of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, 680 links;
towards the south-east by School Road, 534 links; and
towards the south-west generally by Windmill Road, 163,
279, 217, 96, and 248 links respectively: be all the afore-
said linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on
the plan marked L. 1427A, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged
red.
Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, con-
taining by admeasurement 4 acres 3 roods 33 perches, more
or less, being Allotment 180 of Section 10, Suburbs of
Auckland (Block I, Otahuhu Survey District). Bounded
towards the north-east by Allotment 68 of Section 10,
Suburbs of Auckland, 800 links; towards the south-east
by Allotment 69A of the aforesaid section, 620 links; to-
wards the south-west by Windmill Road, 800 links; and
towards the north-west by Allotment 179 of the aforesaid
section, 620 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or
less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L.
1427B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands,
at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
