Consenting to a Mortgage of Native Land.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifth day of September, 1911.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section two hundred and thirty of the Native Land Act, 1909, it is provided that no instrument of alienation of Native land by way of mortgage or charge, other than a mortgage or charge in favour of a State Loan Department, shall be confirmed by a Board or Court without the precedent consent of the Governor in Council:
And whereas application has been made for the consent of the Governor in Council to a mortgage of the block or parcel of land mentioned in the Schedule hereto: And whereas it is expedient that the precedent consent of the Governor in Council should issue:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the alienation by way of mortgage of the block or parcel of land set out in the Schedule hereto. And it is hereby declared that this Order in Council is made under the provisions in that behalf of the Native Land Act, 1909, and shall operate accordingly as a consent of the Governor in Council to the proceedings hereby authorized.

Declaring Portion of the Waikaraka Road, in the Masterton County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifth day of September, 1911.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
All that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Masterton County, known as the Waikaraka Road, commencing at the north-western boundary of Reserve 2, Block XIV, Rewa Survey District, and proceeding in a north-westerly direction generally through Section 1, Block XIV, and part of Small Grazing-run 54, Block XIII, Rewa Survey District, for a distance of 47 chains more or less; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 30162, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government roads.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Braeburn Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this fifth day of September, 1911.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twenty-fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-seventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, the land described in the Schedule hereto was brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act:
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
