Notice of the Taking and Laying-off of a Road in Blocks II and VI, Waihou, and Block XI, Thames Survey Districts, Ohinemuri and Thames Counties.

NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, under the authority of section 93 of the Public Works Act, 1908, that the road described in the Schedule hereto was duly taken and laid off through the land specified in the said Schedule, under the authority of the Governor of the said Dominion, by Warrant dated the 12th day of June, 1909.
