teenth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-nine, certain powers were delegated to the Greendale Domain Board, no period being stated :
And whereas by section fifty-four of the said Act the period for which the said Board shall hold office will expire on the twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eleven :
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the Greendale Domain :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

THOMAS GOUGH,
GEORGE WILLIAM HOLLAND,
JOHN WELLS WARREN, and
WILLIAM ALEXANDER WILSON,
as from the twenty-sixth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, to be the Greendale Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of Part II¹ of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Friday, the first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Schoolroom, Greendale, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
GREENDALE DOMAIN.
ALL that area in Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 8 acres, more or less, being Reserve 1565 (in red), Block XIV, Hawkins Survey District. Bounded eastward by Rural Section 12627, south-westward by Rural Section 12348, westward by Reserve 1518, and northward by the road south of Rural Section 14096; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1299, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this seventh day of August, 1911.
Present :
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke two Orders in Council, dated the seventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and ten, appointing the Taumarunui and Rangaroa Domain Boards respectively, and doth hereby appoint
The Taumarunui Borough Council
to be the Taumarunui and Rangaroa Domain Board, having, subject to the said Act, control of the lands described in the Schedule hereto, which lands are a public domain, and shall be called the Taumarunui and Rangaroa Domain; and also doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the thirteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and Gardiner’s Hall, Taumarunui, as the place where, the first meeting of the said Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
TAUMARUNUI AND RANGAROA DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, formerly known as Rangaroa Domain, containing by admeasurement 9 acres 2 roods 20 perches, more or less, being Section No. 9, Block V, Rangaroa Village. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 8, Block V, Rangaroa Village; towards the east generally by a water-supply reserve for
Railway Department and the Ohura South G No. 4 Block; towards the south generally by Taumarunui Railway-station (North Island Main Trunk Railway); towards the west by Section No. 11 of Block V aforesaid; again towards the north by East Street and Section No. 10 of Block V aforesaid; towards the south-west by Section No. 10 aforesaid; towards the south-east by the last-named section; and again towards the south-west by East Street aforesaid; save and except a water-supply reserve, 25 links wide, intersecting the before-described land: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1362/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, formerly known as Taumarunui Domain, containing by admeasurement 26 acres and 18 perches, more or less, being Section No. 1, Block X, Town of Taumarunui. Bounded towards the north-east and east by Turaki Street, towards the south by the esplanade along the Wanganui River, and towards the west generally and north-west by Morero Terrace; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1302/10, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Exempting Portions of Chapel Street and Moss Street, in the Borough of Greymouth, from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this seventh day of August, 1911.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS by subsection one of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is, inter alia, provided that the said section shall not apply in any case where the local authority having control of a road or street by resolution declares that the provisions thereof shall not apply to any specified road or street, or any specified part thereof, and such resolution is approved by the Governor in Council :
And whereas by subsection two of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is provided that such approval may be either absolute or subject to such conditions with respect to the building-line as the Governor by Order in Council thinks fit to impose :
And whereas on the fifteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and ten, the Greymouth Borough Council, the local authority having control of the portions of Chapel Street and Moss Street described in the Schedule hereto, did by resolution declare that the provisions of the said section one hundred and seventeen should not apply to the said portions of streets :
And whereas it is deemed expedient that such resolution should be approved :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by the above-in-part-recited Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the said resolution in so far as it affects the said portions of streets described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of Chapel Street, in the Borough of Greymouth, commencing at Mount Street and running in a westerly direction for about 2½ chains.
Also all that portion of Moss Street, in the Borough of Greymouth, commencing at its junction with Chapel Street, and proceeding in a southerly, south-westerly, and south-easterly direction, adjoining Section 225, Borough of Greymouth, and Lot 1 of the said Section 225, being a distance of about 5½ chains.
As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 23766, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.
