Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Motatau No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kawakawa, on Wednesday, the 2nd day of August, 1911, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions :—
"1. That the sole right of cutting and removing all kauri timber on the said block be granted to Joseph Seymour for a term of twenty years, at a consideration of £4,200.
"2. That the sole right of cutting and removing all kauri timber on the said block be granted to the Kauri Timber Company (Limited), of Auckland, for a period of ten years, at a consideration of £4,800."
Dated at Auckland, this 10th day of July, 1911.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kopuawaiwaha 4A No. 3D will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangarei, on Tuesday, the 1st day of August, 1911, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
"That the said land be sold to Charles Orton Knight, of Whangarei, butcher, at a price equal to the present Government valuation of the said land."
Dated at Auckland, this 10th day of July, 1911.
