Order of Incorporation.—Rule 81.—The Native Land Act, 1909
IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the matter of an application for incorporation by the owners of Oturoa Nos. 1 and 3A.
AT a sitting of the Court held at Otaki on the 1st day of July, 1911, before Michael Gilfedder, Esquire, Judge: Upon reading the application for incorporation herein, and it having been proved to the satisfaction of the Court that all the legal owners of Oturoa Nos. 1 and 3A, being blocks of land each of which is owned by six persons, consent to the making of this order, it is hereby ordered that the owners of the said blocks of land shall be and the same are hereby constituted a body corporate under Part XVII of the said Act, by the name of “The Proprietors of Oturoa Nos. 1 and 3A,” in respect of the whole of such lands as are specified in the Schedule hereto; and it is hereby further ordered that a meeting of the incorporated owners of the said lands shall be held at Levin on Monday, the 31st day of July, 1911, at the hour of 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of electing a Committee of Management of the said lands and determining the number of its members.

NOTICE is hereby given that, with leave of a Judge, the above appeal has been withdrawn by the appellants.
