REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Moerangi Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ngaruawahia, on Monday, the 24th day of July, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the western portion of the block, or any part thereof, be accepted.”

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohura South D No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui, on Saturday, the 29th day of July, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That this land be sold to Watkins Brothers or John Ernest Watkins for the sum of £1 per acre; or, in the alternative, that the land be leased to Watkins Brothers on terms to be arranged at the meeting.”

“ That the said land be sold to Watkins Brothers for the sum of £1 per acre.”

“ That this block, containing 495 acres, be sold to Mary Jones and Charles Jones for the sum of £2,080.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngaporo Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Pipiriki, on Friday, the 4th day of August, 1911, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the said block be vested in the Aotea District Maori Land Board for sale or leasing under Part XIV of the Native Land Act.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Awarua 1DB No. 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hastings, on Wednesday, the 9th day of August, 1911, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the said block, containing 11,740 acres, be vested in the Aotea District Maori Land Board for sale under Part XIV of the Native Land Act, 1909; or, in the alternative, that the said block be vested in the said Board for leasing under Part XIV of the said Act.”
