REGULATION.
- (1.) ALL moneys belonging to the Fund and in the hands of the Public Trustee shall form part of the common fund of the Public Trust Office, and shall be invested by the Public Trustee accordingly.
(2.) This regulation shall extend and apply to all moneys belonging to the Fund and in the hands of the Public Trustee at the date on which this regulation comes into operation (whether such moneys are already invested by the Public Trustee on mortgage or otherwise on behalf of the National Provident Fund Board or not), and all moneys so invested shall be deemed to form part of the common fund accordingly.

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twenty-second day of May, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, and published in the Gazette of the first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, regulations were made for the conduct of special examinations under section seven of the Land Transfer Act, 1908: And whereas it is expedient to revoke the First Schedule to those regulations, and to substitute therefor the Schedule hereinafter appearing:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the said Act in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the said First Schedule, and doth substitute therefor the Schedule hereinafter set forth.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-seventh day of June, 1911.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the Valuation of Land Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint, as from the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, the person mentioned in the Schedule hereto to be a member of the Assessment Court for the special districts set opposite his name.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-seventh day of June, 1911.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS a petition has been presented to the Governor, under section one hundred and eighteen of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, praying the Governor to alter the boundaries of the Borough of Onehunga by including therein the area described in the Schedule hereto: And whereas a notice showing the proposed alteration in boundaries of the said borough has been gazetted and publicly notified, and no objections in writing against such alteration have been lodged:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that, as from the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, the area described in the Schedule hereto shall be included in the said Borough of Onehunga.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the southern side of Mount Smart Road where that road joins the Auckland Road; thence north-easterly across the said Mount Smart Road to the south-eastern side of Campbell Road, and along the south-eastern side of that road to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of part of Allotment No. 13 of Section No. 12, Suburbs of Auckland (hospital reserve); thence north-westerly across the said Campbell Road, and along the north-eastern boundary of the said hospital reserve to its northernmost corner; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of part of Allotment No. 13 of Section No. 12, Suburbs of Auckland (educational reserve), to Cornwall Park; thence south-easterly along the south-western boundary of Cornwall Park to and across Campbell Road; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern side of Campbell Road to its junction with the northern extension of Queen Street; thence southerly along the western side of the said extension of Queen Street to and across Mount Smart Road; and thence north-westerly along the southern side of Mount Smart Road to the place of commencement.
