Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Inglewood Domain.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-ninth day of May, 1911.

THE HONOURABLE JAMES CARROLL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council, dated the thirteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and six, appointing a Domain Board to have control of the Inglewood Domain, and doth hereby appoint
THE INGLEWOOD BOROUGH COUNCIL
to be the Inglewood Domain Board, having, subject to the said Act, control of the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land is a public domain, and shall be called the Inglewood Domain: and also doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Borough Council Chambers, Inglewood, as the place where, the first meeting of the said Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
INGLEWOOD DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 25 acres 3 roods 30·3 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 73, 85, 135, 148, 162, 175, 185, 197, 204, 213, 224, 228, and 230, Town of Inglewood, and Sections Nos. 292 and part 181, Moa District, Block IV, Egmont Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Humphries Street, 1454·3 links; towards the south-east generally by Wortley Road, Section 293 (cemetery reserve), and a public road, 2574·5 links; towards the south-west by Rata Street, 355·6 links; and towards the west generally by Section No. 231, 179·5 and 225 links, Elliot Street, 336 links, Section No. 218, 225, 112, and 225 links; again by Elliot Street, 896 links, Carrington Street, 225 and 100 links, Sections Nos. 122, 109, and 97, 336 and 225 links; again by Elliot Street, 224 links, and Sections Nos. 61, 50, 40, 30, 20, and 10, 225 and 659 links, to the starting-point: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: save and except Peach Road, which intersects the area: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1464, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Extension of Time for Preparation of County Rolls, &c., County of Springs.
ISLINGTON, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-ninth day of May, 1911.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE JAMES CARROLL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS it has been made to appear that the preparation of the rolls for the County of Springs, and the taking of certain steps consequent on such preparation, cannot be made and taken within the times mentioned in the Counties Act, 1908, and it is expedient to extend the said times respectively:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the said Counties Act, 1908, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the several dates mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be the respective dates for taking the several steps set out in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.

For preparing the defaulters list and the rolls for ridings within the County of Springs: Until the 1st day of September, 1911.

Time for which such list and rolls shall be open for inspection: From the 4th day of September, 1911, to the 18th day of September, 1911.

Time for appeals against the said rolls: Until the 30th day of September, 1911.

Revision Courts may sit for hearing applications with reference to the said rolls, and adjourn: Until the 16th day of October, 1911.

Time when the said rolls, having been duly corrected and signed, shall come into force: On the 17th day of October, 1911.
