In Bankruptcy.
In the estate of WILLIAM FRANCIS GREENAWAY, of Dannevirke, Sawmiller, a bankrupt.
SEPARATE tenders are invited, and will close at my office, at Dannevirke, on Saturday, the 20th day of May, 1911, at 9 p.m., for the following property belonging to the above estate :-
(1.) One equal half-share (as tenant in common with Matthew Henderson) in 2,780 acres leasehold, Sections 8, 9, and 12, Mokau-Mohakatino 1F Block, expiring 28th June, 1939, rent up to 10d. per acre per annum. Subject to Mortgage 18964, for £3,000—value placed thereon by secured creditor.
(2.) 104 acres 3 roods 30 perches freehold up Ohau River, Levin, Section 3a, part Horowhenua 3c, Waiopelu Survey District. Subject to an agreement to grant timber rights to Peter Bartholomew.
(3.) 524 acres 2 roods 19 perches of leasehold, part Horowhenua 3c No. 3, adjoining above freehold, expiring 25th January, 1914; rent all paid; covenant to fell bush and lay all land down in grass by end of term. Subject to above agreement for grant of timber rights.
(4.) Sections 5, Block III, 13, Block IV, and 3, Block VIII, Township of Scarborough, containing about 1 rood each.
(5.) Lot 23 of Rural Section 81, Woodville, containing 5 acres, situate off Masterton Road, all in grass. Freehold.
(6.) 8 acres, more or less, freehold, situate in Thornleigh Parish of South Colah, County of Cumberland, near Sydney, New South Wales.
Documents of title to the above to be seen at my office, or the office of T. H. G. Lloyd, Solicitor, Dannevirke.
A cheque of 10 per cent. of the amount of each tender must accompany same, and successful tenderer must pay balance in cash twenty-one days after acceptance thereof. Highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a provisional certificate of title in the name of ERNEST ROBERT LEVER, late of New Plymouth, now of Te Kuiti, Builder, for Allotment 78 of Section,146, Fitzroy District, and being all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 36, folio 41, Taranaki Registry, and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the provisional certificate of title as requested at the expiration of fourteen days after the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
