Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of the following blocks, viz. :- Whangamata No. 2B No. 2A No. 1, Whangamata No. 2B No. 2A No. 2, Whangamata No. 2B No. 2B No. 1, Whangamata No. 2B No. 2B No. 2, Whangamata No. 2E Section 1B, Whangamata No. 2E Section 2B No. 2, Pakuri, and Otuhounga will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Mokai, on the 23rd day of May, 1911, for the purpose of considering the following resolutions :— "That the said blocks be sold to Frederick George Dalziell, of Wellington, solicitor; or, in the alternative, that the said blocks be leased to Frederick George Dalziell, of Wellington, solicitor, for the term of twenty-one years, with the right to take the timber therefrom."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of the following blocks, viz. :- Pouakani D No. 2B No. 1, Pouakani B No. 6B, Tihoi No. 2A, Tihoi No. 4A, Tihoi No. 4B, Tihoi No. 4C, and Pouakani C No. 4 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Mokai, on the 23rd day of May, 1911, for the purpose of considering the following resolutions :- "(1.) That the said owners do, for the purpose of enabling this meeting to deal with the following resolution, apply for the cancellation of all partition orders made in respect of the said blocks. "(2.) That the said owners do grant to the Taupo Totara Timber Company (Limited) the occupation rights over the said blocks reserved to the said owners in the leases thereof held by the said company for the balance of the term of the said leases, and so that the said company shall have full rights of occupation with the right to cut and remove trees of all kinds."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Manawatu-Kukutauaki 7D No. 2D No. 58 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Courthouse, Otaki, on Friday, the 26th day of May, 1911, at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :- "That the said land be leased to Arthur Carkeek for a term of twenty-one years, at a rental of 5s. per acre per annum for the first ten years, and 10s. per acre per annum for the remaining eleven years."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Horokiwi Block, Section 11, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Courthouse, Petone, on Thursday, the 25th day of May, 1911, at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :- "That the said land be leased to Philip Neil Cameron for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of £25 17s. 6d. per annum."
