Waitemata County Council authorized to increase Number of Ridings.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of March, 1911.

Present :

THE HONOURABLE JAMES CARROLL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by section four of the Counties Amendment Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the Council of the County of Waitemata is hereby authorized to increase the number of ridings in that county to eleven.

Validating District Electors Roll, Borough of St. Kilda.

ISLINGTON, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of March, 1911.

Present :

THE HONOURABLE JAMES CARROLL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS it has been made to appear that the district electors roll of the Borough of St. Kilda for the year one thousand nine hundred and eleven was prepared and completed after the time required by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and it is expedient to validate the same :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that the district electors roll of the Borough of St. Kilda for the year commencing from the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, so prepared and completed as aforesaid shall be and be deemed to have been as valid to all intents and purposes as though the same had been prepared and completed within the time required by the said Act and the regulations thereunder.

Validating District Electors Roll, Borough of Woodville.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of March, 1911.

Present :

THE HONOURABLE JAMES CARROLL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS it has been made to appear that the district electors roll of the Borough of Woodville for the year one thousand nine hundred and eleven was prepared and completed after the time required by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and it is expedient to validate the same :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that the district electors roll of the Borough of Woodville for the year commencing from the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, so prepared and completed as aforesaid shall be and be deemed to have been as valid to all intents and purposes as though the same had been prepared and completed within the time required by the said Act and the regulations thereunder.

Recreation Reserve in Taranaki Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

ISLINGTON, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-eighth day of March, 1911.

Present :

THE HONOURABLE JAMES CARROLL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Taranaki Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as Waitewhena Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

SCHEDULE.

WAITEWHENA DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section 2a, Block I, Ohura Survey District, Ohura County. Bounded towards the north by Section 1, Block I, Ohura Survey District; towards the east generally by Waite-whena Road; towards the south by Waitewhena Stream; and generally towards the north-west by Waitewhena Stream: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5457/1A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the Valuation of Land Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and direct that the district valuation rolls for the special districts enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be revised by the Valuer-General as at the 31st March, 1911.
