REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Hauturu East 1c No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti, on Monday, the 10th day of April, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the said land be sold to Thomas Kilmister, of Waitomo, for £218 15s.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 29c No. 2b will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti, on Monday, the 10th day of April, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the said land be leased to Charles Thomas Garmonsway, of Te Kuiti, settler, for forty-two years, at the following rentals : For the first twenty-one years, 2s. per acre; and for the second twenty-one years, 4s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukerui 2p No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti, on Monday, the 10th day of April, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the said land be sold to Albert Ernest Moore, of Te Kuiti, settler, for the sum of £3 per acre.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kinohaku East No. 1a, Section 1, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti, on Monday, the 18th day of April, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the said land be leased to James Goldie Rutherford and Albert Edward Wright, of Te Kuiti, blacksmiths and wheelwrights, for a term of twenty-six years, at the following rentals : For the first seven years, 3s. per acre per annum; for the next seven years, 4s. per acre per annum; for the next seven years, 5s. per acre per annum; for the remaining five years, free of rent.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kinohaku East 3b No. 8a No. 4b will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti, on Monday, the 10th day of April, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions :—
“ (1.) That the said land be sold to Henry Andrew Ellison, of Te Kuiti, settler, for the sum of £3 per acre.
“ (2.) That the said land be leased to Henry Andrew Ellison, of Te Kuiti, settler, for a term of forty-two years, at the following rentals : For the first ten years, 2s. per acre per annum; for the next eleven years, 3s. per acre per annum; for the next twenty-one years, 4s. per acre per annum.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wharepuhanga No. 12b will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti, on Monday, the 10th day of April, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“ That the said land be leased to Benjamin Bayley, of Te Kuiti, Stock Inspector, for a period of forty-two years, at the following rentals : For the first seven years, 1s. per acre per annum; for the next seven years, 1s. 6d. per acre per annum; for the next seven years, 2s. per acre per annum; for the next ten years, 2s. 6d. per acre per annum; for the next eleven years, 3s. per acre per annum.”

“ That portion of the said block containing 3,000 acres be leased to Winfred Leckie, of Auckland, for a term of forty-two years, at the following rentals : For the first twenty-one years, 1s. 6d. per acre per annum; for the second twenty-one years, 3s. per acre per annum.”
