Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 42, Parish of Rangitaiki, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tamatekapua, Ohinemutu, Rotorua, on Thursday, the 20th day of April, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That a proposed lease of the said land to Frank Summers shall be agreed to.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otiranui 4A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Friday, the 21st day of April, 1911, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ That the Aotea District Maori Land Board be appointed agents for the owners of this block for the following purposes, namely :—

“ (1.) For the purpose of collecting all consideration-moneys now and hereafter to come due under the existing grant of timber rights in favour of Bennett and Punch.

“ (2.) For the purpose of disposing of the timber rights of those owners who have not signed the grant to Messrs. Bennett and Punch.”

REGULATION No. 48.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Puketarata 6B No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti, on Monday, the 10th day of April, 1911, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“ (1.) That the said land be leased to Robert Ormsby, of Otorohanga, settler, for a term of fifty years, at the following rentals : For the first ten years, 2s. per acre per annum; for the next fifteen years, 2s. 6d. per acre per annum; for the next twenty-five years, 4s. per acre per annum.

“ (2.) That the said land be leased to William Averton Kiely for fifty years, at a yearly rental of 2s. per acre for the first twenty-five years, and 4s. per acre for the remaining twenty-five years.”
