Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION NO. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 52D will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti, on Monday, the 10th day of April, 1911, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed alternative resolutions :—
" (1.) That the said land be leased to Agnes Galpin Thomas, of Marton.
" (2.) That the said land be sold to Agnes Galpin Thomas, of Marton, for £1 per acre.
" (3.) That the said land be leased to Johanna Marie Albrechtsen, of Te Kuiti, for a term of forty-two years, at a yearly rental of 1s. 6d. per acre for the first twenty-one years, and 3s. per acre for the balance of the term.
" (4.) That the said land be leased to Richard Coles Jordan, of Te Kuiti, for a term of forty-two years."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION NO. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kinohaku East No. 2A, Section 2C, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti, on Monday, the 10th day of April, 1911, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
" That the said land be sold to Robert Butler Lusk, of Auckland, solicitor, for the sum of £2 per acre."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION NO. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto A No. 36B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti, on Monday, the 10th day of April, 1911, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
" That portion of the said block containing 3,000 acres be leased to J. C. Rolleston, of Timaru, farmer, for a term of forty-two years, at the following rentals : For the first twenty-one years, 1s. per acre per annum; for the next twenty-one years, 2s. per acre per annum."

REGULATION NO. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 21B, Section 3, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti, on Monday, the 10th day of April, 1911, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
"'That the said land be leased to Alan Cameron, of Castlepoint, station-manager."

REGULATION NO. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Raetihi 4B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Wednesday, the 19th day of April, 1911, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
" That certain portions of the said block be allocated for Native occupation as the timber is cut out by the millers."

REGULATION NO. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Raetihi 3B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui, on Wednesday, the 19th day of April, 1911, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions :—
" 1. That the portion of this block surveyed into township sections be sold by the Board under Part XIV of the Native Land Act, 1909 ; and
" 2. That certain portions of the said block be allocated for native occupation as the timber is cut out by the millers."

REGULATION NO. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Rowhitu Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at the Courthouse, Hastings, on Wednesday, the 12th day of April, 1911, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
" That the said land be leased to Edward Cobb, of Waipukurau, farmer, for a term of twenty-one years, at a rental of £68 18s. per annum."

Notice of Meeting of Owners of Sections 5 and 6, Block V, Aohanga Survey District.
THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Sections 5 and 6, Block V, Aohanga Survey District, will be held at the Courthouse, Masterton, on Friday, the 7th day of April, 1911, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the manner in which the said land, containing 192 acres, and which is registered in the name of the said Board, can be most profitably utilized.
