Land proclaimed as a Road in Block I, Oamaru Survey District, Otago Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the Crown land in Oamaru Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 72 acres, more or less, being a beach reserve (Crown land), Block I, Oamaru Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Sections 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, and 19 of said block, 11030 links; by the abutment of a road, and Sections 21, 25, 33, 35, and 39, said block, and by a line being the continuation of the south-eastern boundary of said Section 39 to the water-line of Landon Creek, 7750 links; towards the north-east by the said creek, 350 links, to the ocean: towards the south-east by the ocean to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Section 1 of said Block I, 18600 links: and towards the south-west by the last-mentioned line to the southernmost corner of aforesaid Section 1, Block I, 400 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 5482/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Land set apart for Selection.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section seventy-seven of the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1909, as amended by section twenty-two of the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Amendment Act, 1910, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section seventy-seven in connection with any block of land unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:*

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Acts, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.

SCHEDULE.

NATIONAL ENDOWMENT LAND.—NELSON LAND DISTRICT.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owner, lessee, and mortgagee of the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, and of the Ekatahuna County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Mangaone Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
