NOTICE is hereby given that the BOWRON BROS. EXPORT AND TRADING COMPANY (LIMITED), a company duly incorporated in New South Wales, in the Commonwealth of Australia, proposes to carry on business in the Dominion of New Zealand, and that the office or place of business of the company, in the said Dominion of New Zealand, where legal proceedings of any kind may be served upon it, and notices of any kind may be addressed or delivered, is situate at the following place: Nos. 177–79 Hereford Street, Christchurch.

NOTICE.—DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE partnership formerly existing between J. T. HAWTHORN and J. H. MILLER, carried on at the Lower Hutt and Petone, under the style of “J. H. Miller and Co.,” was dissolved on the 3rd day of February, 1911. The business will now be carried on by the said J. T. HAWTHORN, who will collect all the accounts due to and pay all debts owing by the firm.

THE POVERTY BAY CO-OPERATIVE SUPPLY ASSOCIATION (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).
A GENERAL meeting of the above association will be held in the offices of Messrs. Kirk, Burnard, and Sievwright, Solicitors, Gladstone Road, Gisborne, on Tuesday, the 28th day of March, 1911, at 8 p.m., for the purpose of laying before such meeting a final account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the association has been conducted and the assets of the association disposed of, and for offering any explanations that may be desired to be given; also for the purpose of passing the necessary resolutions as to disposal of the books, documents, and the unclaimed dividends of the association; also for the disposal of any general business which may be brought before the said meeting.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following special resolutions were passed at an extraordinary general meeting of the above company held in the Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, the 7th February, 1911, and confirmed at a subsequent meeting held on Thursday, 23rd February, 1911:—
“1. That the Auckland Taxi-cab Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908.”
“2. That DOUGLAS ROLLO REVELL, of Auckland, Accountant, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of winding up the company.”
