A PPLICATION having been made to register a re-entry by BENJAMIN HOWARD NICHOLLS, as lessee, under Memorandum of Lease No. 7890, of boring rights over Allotments 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Section 179, Moa District, the land in certificate of title, Vol. 45, folio 237, of which CHARLES ROGERS is the registered proprietor, I hereby give notice that I will register such re-entry as requested at the expiration of one month after the date of the Gazettes containing this notice.

A PPLICATION having been made to me to register a surrender of Lease No. 2342, from JAMES PEAT, of Waitotara, Settler, and FRANCIS WILLIAM HACKETT, of Momohaki, Settler, affecting part Section 313, Block XII, Wairoa Survey District, Okotuku District, and being part of the land in Vol. 27, folio 17, of the Wellington Registry; and application having been made to me to register a surrender of Lease No. 2323, from JAMES PEAT, of Waitotara, Settler, and HENRY JOHN MUSSEN, of Waverley, Settler, but now of Te Kuiti, Land Agent, affecting part Section 313, Block XII, Wairoa Survey District, Okotuku District, and being part of the land in Vol. 27, folio 17, of the Wellington Registry; and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said leases, I hereby give notice that I will dispense with the production of the said leases, and register the surrenders as requested, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 23rd day of March, 1911.

THE ADVANCE GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).


N OTICE is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of the Advance Gold-dredging Company (Limited) will be held at the Secretary’s office, No. 21 Crawford Street, Dunedin, on Monday, the 20th day of March, 1911, at 2.15 o’clock in the afternoon, when the following resolution, which was passed at the extraordinary general meeting of the company held on the 28th day of February, 1911, will be submitted for confirmation as a special resolution:—

“That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act.”

Should the said resolution be confirmed, a further resolution will be proposed at the same meeting for the appointment of a Liquidator and for fixing his remuneration.

THE LAST SHOT GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).


N OTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the Last Shot Gold-mining Company (Limited) duly convened and held at No. 108 Victoria Arcade, Auckland, on the 20th day of February, 1911, the subjoined extraordinary resolution was duly passed, viz.:—

“That it is proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same.”

And at such above-named meeting HENRY GILFILLAN was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.
