Authorizing the Laying-off of Streets in Parts of Sections 6 and 7, Block I, Upper Kaikorai Survey District, situate in the Borough of Roslyn, of a Width less than 66ft. but not less than 40 ft.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this third day of March, 1911.

Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.

WHEREAS by section one hundred and seventy-eight of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, it is, inter alia, provided that where the configuration of any borough is such as that within any particular area or areas thereof it is difficult or inexpedient to construct streets of the width of sixty-six feet as required by the said Act, the Governor may, by Order in Council defining the limits of such particular area or areas, authorize the Council to permit within such area or areas the construction of streets and private streets of a width less than sixty-six feet but not less than forty feet:

And whereas the configuration of the Borough of Roslyn is such that within the area described in the Schedule hereto it is inexpedient to construct streets of sixty-six feet:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby permit within the area described in the Schedule hereto the laying-off of streets within the said area of a width less than sixty-six feet but not less than forty feet.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that piece of land in the Land District of Otago, situated in the Borough of Roslyn, comprising parts of Sections 6 and 7, Block I, Upper Kaikorai Survey District; as the said land is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 27795, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon shown in green border.

Boundaries of Borough of Roslyn altered.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this third day of March, 1911.

Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.

WHEREAS a petition has been presented to the Governor, under section one hundred and eighteen of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, praying the Governor to alter the boundaries of the Borough of Roslyn by excluding therefrom the area described in the Schedule hereto, and to include the said area in the Kaikorai Riding of the County of Taieri: And whereas it is deemed expedient to make the alteration prayed for in the said petition:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that, as from the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, the area described in the Schedule hereto shall be excluded from the Borough of Roslyn, and shall be included in the Kaikorai Riding of the County of Taieri.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, bounded towards the north generally by Sections Nos. 31, 2 of 32, and 1 of 32 from the road at the south-western corner of Section No. 31 aforesaid to the north-western corner of Section No. 30, Wakari Survey District; thence towards the south-east generally by the last-mentioned section and the road forming the south-western boundary of Section No. 31 to the south-eastern corner of Section No. 33, Wakari Survey District; thence across the said road and by Allotments Nos. 11 and 15, Block I, Chalmerston Township, across road, by Allotment No. 11, Block II, Chalmers-ton Township, and part of Section No. 23, Wakari Survey District, to the southernmost corner of that section; thence by Section No. 21, Wakari Survey District, and Section No. 5, Block X, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, to the road at the north-western corner of that section; thence by the road forming the western boundaries of Sections Nos. 5 and 4, Block X aforesaid, by the road forming the north-western boundaries of Sections Nos. 3, 2, and 1, said Block X, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, and by the roads forming the north-western boundaries of Sections Nos. 151 and 154, Wakari Survey District; and thence towards the south-west and west generally by Block VI, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, to the road forming the southern boundary of Section No. 65, Block VI aforesaid; and thence by that road and by the road forming the eastern boundary of the said Section No. 65 to the place of commencement.

Declaring Portion of the Manganui-a-te-ao Road, in the Waimarino County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this third day of March, 1911.

Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Waimarino County, known as the Manganui-a-te-ao Road, commencing at a point 6 chains north of the boundary between Sections 23 and 22, Block XIV, Manganui Survey District, and proceeding generally in a north-easterly direction, fronting Section 22 and intersecting Sections 22 and 18, Block XIV aforesaid, and terminating at the junction of Hoihenga Road, being a distance of 1 mile 61 chains or thereabouts; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 28732, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Feilding Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this third day of March, 1911.

Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.

WHEREAS by section forty-seven of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed β€œthe said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, by Order in Council gazetted, appoint any local authority to be the Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:

And whereas by an Order in Council made on the thirteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the sixteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, the land described in the Schedule hereto was brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act:

And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:
