HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
RAETIHI–OHURA ROAD.
ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Waimarino County, known as the Raetihi–Ohura Road, commencing at and including the Orautoha Bridge, and proceeding generally in a north-westerly direction, fronting Sections 7, 6, 5, and part of Section 4, Block XIII, Manganui Survey District, terminating at a point about 65 chains south of the bridge-site over Manganui-a-te-ao River, being a distance of 3 miles 10 chains or thereabouts; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 28703, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

ALL that portion of road in the Auckland Land District, situated in the Waitomo County, commencing at the northern boundary of Section 2, Block III, Pirongia Survey District, and extending in a south-westerly direction through Sections 2 and 1, Block III, Pirongia Survey District, continuing in a south-westerly and then north-westerly direction through Section 5, Block VII, Pirongia Survey District; and thence generally in a north-westerly direction across a Native reserve in Blocks VII and III, Pirongia Survey District, to the eastern boundary of education reserve; and finally in a northerly direction to its point of termination at the southern boundary of Section 5, Block III, Pirongia Survey District, a distance of 1 mile 78 chains or thereabouts: as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 28711, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red and lettered B C.

ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Mangawhero Road District, known as the Te Hue Road, commencing at its junction with Mason’s–Parapara Road, and proceeding generally in a north-easterly direction, fronting part of 4B Maraetaua Block, Block XIV, Ngamatea Survey District, intersecting Section 3, Block XIV aforesaid, and terminating at the junction with Hair Road, being a distance of 1 mile 9 chains or thereabouts; as the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 28606, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured blue.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Parkville Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-seventh day of February, 1911.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty-seven of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, by Order in Council gazetted, appoint any local authority to be the Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the Parkville Domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
THE EKETAHUNA BOROUGH COUNCIL
to be the Parkville Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the thirteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, as the time when, and the Borough Council Chambers, Exchange Buildings, Main Street, Ekatahuna, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
PARKVILLE DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 16 acres 2 roods 16 perches, more or less, being Suburban Section No. 182, Town of Parkville. Bounded towards the north-west by the Ngatahaka Stream; towards the north generally by a bridge-site and by a road and river-bank reserve; towards the east by Marchant Street; and towards the south by Suburban Section No. 183.
Also all that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres 1 rood 4 perches, more or less, being Suburban Section No. 183, Town of Parkville. Bounded towards the north by Suburban Section No. 182; towards the east by Marchant Street; towards the south
