Crown lands in New Zealand, as and for a State forest within the provisions of the said Act.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3,940 acres, more or less, situated in Block XVI, Hastings Survey District, and Blocks XI and XII, Whitianga Survey District, in the County of Thames, and known as Te Tipi Forest Block; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 7122/38, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this fifteenth day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

Land in the Winton and Oreti Hundreds taken for the Purposes of a Railway connecting with the Invercargill-Kingston Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a railway connecting the Invercargill-Kingston Railway with a ballast-pit near Limehills, to take land for the purposes of the said connecting railway:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, section nine of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto are hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this sixteenth day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway to take further land at One Tree Point, in addition to land previously acquired for the said railway:

Now, therefore, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto are hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for the purposes of a road and for a paddock for driven cattle in Blocks IX, XV, and XVI, Mata Survey District:

And whereas the Waiapu County Council has laid before the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the said Act:
