SCHEDULE.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 12 acres 2 roods, more or less, being part of Section No. 5, Block I, Tarawera Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 26A, Suburbs of Rotorua, 637·5 links; towards the south-east generally by the Puarenga Stream; towards the south by Section No. 5A, Block I, Tarawera Survey District aforesaid, 1160·8 links; towards the west by a public road, 500·3 links; and towards the north and north-west by Section No. 11 (formerly portion of Section No. 5), Block I, Tarawera Survey District aforesaid, 700 and 1488·1 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 48057/12, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 56 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section No. 6, Block I, Tarawera Survey District. Commencing at a point on the right bank of the Puarenga Stream, the said point being the westernmost corner of Section No. 4 (State Forest Reserve), Block I, Tarawera Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 4 aforesaid, 4000 links; towards the south-east by State Forest Reserve, 1800 links; towards the south-west by Whakarewarewa No. 3 Section 1B Block, 2386·2 links; towards the north-west and west generally by Section No. 6B, Block I, Tarawera Survey District aforesaid, 238·7, 633·5, 582·2, and 537·1 links; and again towards the north-west by the Puarenga Stream to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 58057/12A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House, at Wellington, this fifteenth day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven.

Land set apart for Selection.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section seventy-seven of the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1909, as amended by section twenty-two of the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Amendment Act, 1910, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section seventy-seven in connection with any block of land unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Acts, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by the two-hundred-and-third section of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the allotments of Crown lands respectively described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart as an addition to Manunui Village Settlement.
