THE GLAMORGAN GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

NOTICE is hereby given—

  1. That at a duly convened extraordinary general meeting of the Glamorgan Gold-mining Company (Limited) held at the office of the company at Hobson Buildings, Fort Street, in the City of Auckland, on Wednesday, the 4th day of September, 1911, the company passed a special resolution requiring the company to be wound up voluntarily.

  2. That at a subsequent duly convened extraordinary general meeting of the said company held at the said office of the company on Friday, the 20th day of October, 1911, the above special resolution was confirmed by the said company; and Mr. C. A. STUBBS was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing its assets.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the Addison’s Long-tunnel Gold-mining Company (Limited), (in liquidation), held 10th November, 1911, the special resolution as set out below was passed, and the same was confirmed at a further such meeting held 6th December, 1911 :—

“That the Addison’s Long-tunnel Gold-mining Company (Limited) be voluntarily wound up.”

NOTICE is hereby given that, at a meeting of the Barristers and Solicitors of the Supreme Court of New Zealand residing and practising within the limits of that portion of the Northern Judicial District within which the delivery of pleadings and other proceedings in the said Court has to be made at the Supreme Court Office at Hamilton, duly convened and held on the Courthouse at Hamilton on Friday, the 8th day of December, 1911, in pursuance of the Law Practitioners Act, 1908, the following resolution was duly passed :—

“That the Barristers and Solicitors residing within the limits of that portion of the Northern Judicial District within which the delivery of pleadings and other proceedings in the Supreme Court of New Zealand has to be made at the Supreme Court Office at Hamilton shall be associated as a District Law Society, by the name of ‘The Law Society of the District of Hamilton.’”
