AT an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the above company duly convened and held at 62 Shortland Street, Auckland, on 19th October, 1911, the subjoined special resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of shareholders duly convened and held at the same place on 9th November, 1911, the same resolution was confirmed:—

“That it is desirable to reconstruct the company, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily for the purpose of reconstruction, and that a Liquidator be appointed for the purpose of such winding-up.”

At the latter meeting THOMAS FREDERICK WALLACE was appointed Liquidator of the company.
