WARKWORTH TOWN BOARD.
Copy of Resolution passed by the Warkworth Town Board on the 15th November, 1911.
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and the amendments thereto, the Warkworth Town Board resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a further 10 per cent. additional loan on the £1,200 advanced by the State-guaranteed Advances Office, amounting to the sum of £120, required to complete the forming and metalling portions of Hill, Alnwick, Bertram, and Percy Streets, and Wilson, Brown’s, Pulham, and Hepburn Creek Roads, the said Warkworth Town Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of 1/70 of a penny in the pound upon all rateable property within the limits of the Warkworth Town District; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and to be payable yearly on the last Friday in January of each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six years and a half, or until the loan is fully paid off.

GISBORNE BOROUGH COUNCIL.
Special Rate of 1/48 of a Penny in the Pound.—Supplementary Electric-light Loan of £1,600.
NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution was passed at a meeting of the Gisborne Borough Council held on the 12th day of December, 1911:—
That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and amendments thereof, the Gisborne Borough Council hereby resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest and sinking fund and other charges on a loan of £1,600, authorized to be raised by the said Gisborne Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Act and its amendments, for the following purpose—namely, electric light, being 10 per cent. additional on electric-light loan of £16,142, as that amount is insufficient to complete the work—the said Gisborne Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 1/48 of a penny in the pound upon the unimproved value of all rateable property within the whole of the Borough of Gisborne, as described in the New Zealand Gazette No. 48, of the 9th June, 1904, folio 1490; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 30th day of June and 31st day of December in each and every year during the currency of the loan, or until such time as the loan is paid off.
I hereby certify that the above is a true copy of a resolution passed at a properly constituted meeting of the Gisborne Borough Council held on Tuesday, 12th December, 1911.

THE following resolution, made by the Martinborough Town Board, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and its amendment.

MARTINBOROUGH TOWN BOARD.
Resolution.—Special Rate of 15/32 of a Penny in the Pound levied.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, as amended by the Local Bodies’ Loans Amendment Act, 1910, the Martinborough Town Board resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest and sinking fund and other charges on a loan of £3,500, authorized to be raised by the Martinborough Town Board, under the above-mentioned Acts, for the erection of a municipal hall and public offices in ferro-concrete (or brick), the said Martinborough Town Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of 15/32 of a penny in the pound sterling upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Martinborough Town District; and that such rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of forty-one years, or until such loan is fully paid off.

THE following resolution, made by the Napier Borough Council, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and its amendment.

NAPIER BOROUGH COUNCIL.
Resolution making Special Rate.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and their respective amendments, and of all other powers and authorities it enabling, the Napier Borough Council resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of £10,000, authorized to be raised by the said Napier Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Acts, for the following purpose—namely, the carrying-out of such works as may be necessary for the drainage of all or any part of the low-lying lands in the Borough of Napier, situate to the south of Tennyson Street and Carlyle Street—the said Napier Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 1½d. in the pound sterling upon the annual rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Napier, comprising the whole of the said borough; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of July and the 1st day of January in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six years and a half, or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a resolution passed at a duly constituted meeting of the Napier Borough Council held on the 11th day of December, 1911.
