WAIRAU ROAD BOARD.
Special Order.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and Acts amending the same, the Wairau Road Board hereby resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £630, authorized to be raised by the Wairau Road Board, under the above-mentioned Act, for providing the Wairau Road Board’s share of the cost of the construction of a bridge over the Wairau River near Renwicktown, the said Wairau Road Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of 1/78 of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all the rateable property of the Wairau Road Board; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 17th day of June in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six years and a half, or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the above special order was duly passed in accordance with the Road Boards Act, 1908.

BOROUGH OF GORE.
Special Order levying Special Rate.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Gore hereby resolve as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £6,000, authorized to be raised by the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Gore, under the above-mentioned Act, for drainage and water extension in North, South, and East Wards of the Borough of Gore, the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Gore hereby make and levy a special rate of 4/10 of a penny in the pound upon the unimproved rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Gore, comprising the whole of such borough; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of April and the 1st day of October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of ten years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
The common seal of the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Gore was hereunto affixed in the presence of—

GISBORNE BOROUGH COUNCIL.
Special Order authorizing the Raising of a Supplementary Loan of £1,600, being 10 per Cent. on Electric-light Loan of £16,142.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and any other Act enabling it in that behalf, the Gisborne Borough Council hereby resolves as follows: That, as the present electric-light loan of £16,142 is insufficient to complete the works, the said Gisborne Borough Council hereby decides to raise a supplementary loan of 10 per cent. on the said electric-light loan—namely, £1,600.
Passed at a special meeting of the said Gisborne Borough Council held on the 14th November, 1911, and confirmed at a properly constituted meeting of the said Council held on the 12th December, 1911.
We hereby certify that the above special order has been duly made. In witness whereof the seal of the said Council has been hereunto affixed this 13th day of December, 1911.

LEAMINGTON TOWN DISTRICT.
Special Order making Special Rate.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Leamington Town Board held on the 16th day of November, 1911, the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at a special meeting of the Board to be held on Saturday, the 16th day of December, 1911, at 2.30 p.m., at the Board’s office:—
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, and the Rating Act, 1908, the Leamington Town Board hereby resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund, and all other charges on the loan of £600, authorized to be raised by the Leamington Town Board, under the above-mentioned Acts, for acquiring Sections 255 and 256, and erecting a town hall and Board’s office thereon, the said Leamington Town Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of 3/16 of a penny in the pound on the rateable value of all rateable property within the Town District of Leamington; and such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 30th day of June in each and every year, being a period of forty years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
