And whereas it is deemed expedient that such resolu-
tion should be approved, subject to the condition herein-
after mentioned :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise
of the powers conferred by the above-in-part-recited Act,
and acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby ap-
prove of the said resolution, subject to the condition that
no building or part of a building shall at any time be
erected on either side of the said streets within a distance
of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of such streets.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that street in the City of Wellington, known as
Liardet Street, Vogeltown, commencing at its junction
with Short Street, and running in a northerly direction
generally to its junction with Pearce Street, all in the said
city.
Also all that street in the said city, known as Gerhardt
Street, Vogeltown, commencing at its junction with Martin
Street, and running in a north-westerly direction generally
to its junction with Frank Street, all in the said city.
Also all that street in the said city, known as Frank
Street, Vogeltown, commencing at its junction with
Gerhardt Street, and running in an easterly direction
generally to its junction with Moffitt Street, all in the
said city.
Also all that street in the said city, known as Moffitt
Street, Vogeltown, commencing at its junction with Frank
Street, and running in a northerly direction generally to
its junction with Pearce Street in the said city.
As the said streets are more particularly delineated on
the plan marked P.W.D. 27883, deposited in the office of
the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wel-
lington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in him by section eight of the Auctioneers
Amendment Act, 1910, His Excellency the Governor of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby make the following regulation pre-
scribing the forms required under the Auctioneers Act,
1908, as amended by the said Auctioneers Amendment Act,
1910.
REGULATION.
THE forms of (1) application for auctioneer's license,
(2) certificate for issue of license, (3) license, and (4) notice
of issue of license shall be in the form or to the effect set
out in the schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
Auctioneers Acts, 1908 and 1910.
(1.) APPLICATION FOR AUCTIONEER'S LICENSE.
To the Clerk of the
I, A. B., residing at , and whose occupation is that
of a , hereby give notice that I intend to apply, at
the next meeting of the said County Council [Borough
Council, or Town Board], for a certificate for an auc-
tioneer's license, and that my place of business within the
said county [borough, or town district] is at

will conduct auction sales on my behalf is , of
I distinctly state that I have not at any time previously
to this date been refused a license by any local authority
[or I distinctly state that a previous application for a
license made by me to the (State local authority) was
refused, but that such refusal was reversed on application

district], is a fit and proper person to receive an auc-
tioneer's license.

the person who it is intended will conduct auction sales

The person whose name and address is indorsed hereon
is the person who it is intended will conduct auction sales
on behalf of the above-named A. B.
This license shall continue in force until the day on
which the first ordinary meeting of the said County Coun-
cil [Borough Council, or Town Board] is held after the
31st day of December next, provided it is not forfeited or
cancelled in the meantime.

Districts with the Christchurch Tramway District.

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the
Christchurch Tramway District Act, 1906, as amended
by the Christchurch Tramway District Amendment Act,
1910, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise
enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor
of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby direct that the portions of the
Halswell and Riccarton Road Districts described in the
Schedule hereto shall, from and after the date of the
gazetting hereof, be incorporated with and form a portion
of the Christchurch Tramway District as constituted by
the said Christchurch Tramway District Act, 1906.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, being
parts of the Halswell and Heathcote Road Districts.
